Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal products, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at evfortgreen@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace the item or issue store credit where appropriate.
